Reservations and Payments
When you submit a booking request, we will reach out to confirm the details of your reservation and gather information about your stay. Please submit the Confirmation Form within 48 hours; otherwise, we will release your reservation.
We accept US Dollars and Costa Rican Colones, as well as Mastercard and Visa. We also accept International Wire Transfers prior to your arrival; please reach out to make arrangements. We cannot accept personal or travelers checks.

Please note that 13% tax will be added to all reservations.

Cancellation Policy and Fees
Please inform us as soon as possible should you need to cancel. Our cancellation fees are based on the date of your planned arrival:

14 - 3 days prior to arrival: 50%

3 - 1 day prior to arrival: 100%
